JDAM: The Precision Strike Revolution Bomb

Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM) is a guidance tail kit converts unguided, free-fall "dumb" bombs into accurate, all-weather "smart" Guided Bomb Units (GBU). These bombs cost much less than laser or television guided bombs. The tail section contains an inertial navigation system (INS) and global positioning system (GPS) guidance control unit. At the heart of JDAM lies its guidance system, which combines GPS and inertial navigation technologies to deliver unparalleled precision, regardless of weather conditions or enemy defenses.

JDAM's versatility extends across a wide range of missions and operational environments. Whether conducting counterterrorism operations, interdicting enemy supply lines, or providing close air support to ground forces, JDAM proves its effectiveness time and time again. Through real-world examples and interactive simulations, witness JDAM in action as it delivers devastatingly precise strikes against high-value targets, while minimizing collateral damage and civilian casualties.

How Powerful is America's MIM-104 Patriot Missile

The Patriot missile itself is a surface-to-air missile that is designed to intercept and destroy incoming missiles. It is equipped with a high-explosive warhead that can destroy a target on impact. The radar system is responsible for detecting incoming missiles, while the control center tracks them and decides which missiles to intercept. The Patriot missile system is capable of detecting and tracking multiple targets simultaneously. It can also engage both aircraft and missiles at the same time.

The MIM-104 Patriot missile system is its advanced radar system, which is capable of detecting and tracking incoming missiles from long distances. This gives the system ample time to react and engage the incoming threat, increasing its effectiveness and overall power.

M1 Abrams Vs. T-14 Armata Tank: Who Wins?

Both the M1 Abram and T-14 Armata are highly capable tanks, but they possess different strengths and weaknesses. The M1 Abrams has proven technical superiority in mobility and cross-country performance and has been in service for over 40 years. The T-14 Armata, on the other hand, has superiority in crew protection and survivability, better armor protection with unmanned turret, larger main gun, advanced electronics suite, and more futuristic design compared to M1 Abrams. However, the T-14 is a relatively new design with several issues and had not yet been adopted by the Russian army as of 2022, with its future uncertain due to technical difficulties and funding constraints.

Eventually, the true performance of the two tanks will depend on many factors and can only be determined through real-world testing and comparison.

Tomahawk VS Kalibr: Which Cruise Missile is the Most Powerful?

The Kalibr suite was designed to compare favorably with Washington’s prolific but aging Tomahawk cruise missiles. Whereas the original Kalibr 3M14 traded performance blows with the Tomahawk’s Block IV revision in what amounts to an approximate draw tilted slightly in Kalibr’s favor, Kalibr-M drastically outranges its US counterpart at 4,500 against 1,700 kilometers.

The most significant advantage of the 3M14T and its family is that they can be fired from a wider variety of smaller ships than the American ones that usually carry the Tomahawk, making it easier to deploy. It is also being developed to fire from fixed land bases, vehicles, and aircraft.Kalibr may not have some of the advanced loitering and interactive data link capabilities of the current Tomahawk, but that might well make it cheaper to mass-produce (in addition to parts commonality with family variants).

Sinking Exercise - RIMPAC 2022

Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) 2022 military forces from Australia, Canada, Malaysia and the U.S., fired upon and sunk the decommissioned ex-USS Rodney M. Davis (FFG 60), July 12, during a sinking exercise (SINKEX) to gain proficiency in tactics, targeting and live firing against a surface target at sea. Twenty-six nations, 38 ships, four submarines, more than 170 aircraft and 25,000 personnel are participating in RIMPAC from June 29 to Aug. 4 in and around the Hawaiian Islands and Southern California.

The world's largest international maritime exercise, RIMPAC provides a unique training opportunity while fostering and sustaining cooperative relationships among participants critical to ensuring the safety of sea lanes and security on the world's oceans.

NLAW Anti Tank Weapon in Action | The Missiles Destroyed Russian Tanks

The Next Generation Light Anti-tank Weapon (NLAW), also known as the Main Battle Tank and Light Anti-tank Weapon (MBT LAW), and in Sweden known as the Robot 57 (RB-57), is a fire-and-forget, lightweight shoulder-fired, and disposable (single-use) missile system, designed for use by infantry. It was developed in Sweden by Saab Bofors Dynamics, and manufactured in the United Kingdom, primarily by Thales Air Defence.

NLAW eliminates even the most advanced tanks. It is best-in-class for dismounted light forces that operate in all environments, including built-up areas.

The NLAW is a short-range anti-tank missile whose characteristics make it sort of a hybrid. It’s armed with a powerful 150 mm High-Explosive Anti-Tank (HEAT) warhead designed to knock out Russian main battle tanks at short ranges.

FIM-92 Stinger in Action | This Missile Destroyed Russian Su-25

The FIM-92 Stinger missile is a MANPAD (man-portable air-defense system shoulder-fired) that specializes in taking out helicopters. Stingers have been around in numbers since the late 1970s. They were originally developed by General Dynamics and are now made by Raytheon Missile Systems. The Stinger can also target low-flying airplanes and drones, even enemy cruise missiles.

The Stingers can go after what is believed to be a force of over 500 Russian helicopters. Modernized Stingers have a proximity fuse that explodes the rocket near a target.

Stingers allow for versatile tactics, techniques, and procedures. They will come in handy during urban combat in which a crew can hide in a bunker or building and blast helicopters and low-flying fighters out of the sky.
